Every upgrade will increase the duration of the multiplicative damage buff by 1 second up to a maximum of 180 seconds. You can level this Legendary Gem all the way up to rank 150. Rift Guardians, Act Bosses, Treasure Goblins and unique purple Monsters also give you the buff when slain. In case of Rare (Yellow) Elites you also need to kill all the minions to receive this bonus. The player gains 20% multiplicative damage for 30 seconds after killing an Elite pack.
